If a parent needs to drop something off for her/his child, s/he will use the buzzer system at Door 1 and announce the name of the student and what s/he is bringing for the child. S/He will then be buzzed in to enter the building. Visitors will place and label the student's name and teacher's name on the items. The item will be left on the table in the office. Office staff will call students down to retrieve their items.

If parents are dropping off medication, they will announce that to the secretary using the buzzer system, and the nurse or administrator will meet them in the office.

Parents/Guardians needing to meet with an administrator, teacher or guidance counselor must schedule the meeting in advance. Use of phone or video conferencing will be encouraged.
